ABOUT US
Our Story
Maytav was founded on three guiding core values: safety, reliability, and comfort. No matter what, you can always depend on Maytav to smoothly take you from point A to point B without a single bump in the road.
In 2012, Maytav founders Tuvia and Chana Goldstein, found themselves confronted with an issue. As the directors of a non-profit community summer camp, they were constantly struggling to find dependable and affordable ways to transport their campers between the campsite and local sports fields.
Instead of settling for less, the Goldsteins decided to take matters into their own hands. For greater control over their transportation needs, they decided to purchase buses of their own. Two buses and two drivers later, they were ready to roll.
But they didn’t stop there! Not content to let their buses remain idle after the summer ended, the Goldsteins saw an opportunity to make a difference all year round, and soon acquired a private contract to bus students to and from school, quickly gaining a reputation for their stellar and reliable service.

Meet Maytav
Maurice Randolph Jr.
Operations Manager
Maurice is an honorably discharged United States Marine. He served his country with distinction, achieving a Meritorious Mass, Combat Action Ribbon and Kuwait Liberation Medal during the first Gulf War. Maurice has been an Ordained Minister since June 2017. In his ministry he has worked as a youth leader, outreach leader and associate pastor for a number of years. Maurice has worked his way up through the ranks in Maytav. Starting as a School Bus Driver, Transportation Supervisor and now Operations Manager.
Christopher Lucente
Transportation Supervisor
Chris, a former anthropologist, brings a truly unique and insightful perspective to Maytav. His youngest daughter is currently enrolled in a special educational program, very similar to those that Maytav often services, and he understands the anxiety and concerns that parents might feel when sending their children to these programs. Chris is one of our first points of contact to help with any questions about route assignments and times.
Itamar Gabbai
HR Manager
Itamar has been with Maytav since 2013, bringing years of work experience in both customer service and supervisory roles to our HR department. His helps ensure that the inner workings of Maytav run without a hitch by handling payroll, customer invoicing and billing, resolving unemployment issues, and many other tasks.
Stanley Greenblum
General Manager
Stanley oversees the day-to-day operations at Maytav. In his five years at Maytav, Stanley has made certain our staff are always provided with the necessary resources and support to tackle any challenges that come our way. He makes sure Maytav runs like a well-oiled machine, while always looking out for new ways to grow and expand our operations.
Lawton Morro
Compliance Manager
Lawton is the Transportation Supervisor and Safety/Compliance Manager for Maytav. He joined Maytav with many years of management and school bus experience, starting out at Wolfington Bus Company in 2017 as a school bus driver, and recently with Bordentown Regional School District as a driver as well. Lawton served many roles in management working with special needs adults over the past 10 years, most recently with the Arc of Monmouth’s residential program. Lawton graduated from Stockton University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s in Speech Pathology and Audiology and an Associate’s from Brookdale Community College in History in 2010. Lawton enjoys spending time with his family, and going down to Emerald Isle, North Carolina.
Aiden Lucente
Office Assistant
Aiden ensures our office always remains organized and optimized, whether through managing inventory, answering phone calls and inquiries, or timekeeping. Aiden brings a fresh creative perspective and talent to Maytav. He has a passion for video games and is currently pursuing a college degree in programming.
Chani Goldstein
Chief Executive Officer
Chana comes from a background in child education and has a passion for making transportation accessible and affordable for all. She utilizes her experience in running child education programs to ensure Maytav is able to meet the transportation needs of our clients at affordable prices. She has been overseeing our cash flow and budget since Maytav’s inception in 2012.

Tuvia co-founded Maytav with a vision to create a convenient and stress-free transportation experience. Drawing from his experience as both an educator and program director, Tuvia has a unique understanding of our clients’ needs. He ensures that Maytav consistently delivers high-quality, comfortable, and most importantly, reliable transportation services.
